Most of our work comes through public procurement. Every job is won on price, qualification and a list of completed contracts — nothing else counts.
Repeat clients include the State Forest Enterprise, the municipalities of Mažeikiai, Plungė, Klaipėda district and Rietavas, and Via Lietuva. On larger schemes we bid jointly with Hidrostatyba, Plungės lagūna and Šilutės automobilių keliai.
The numbers
How we work
Enquiry
We receive the drawings or the tender conditions and assess quantities, programme and whether our own plant can do it.
Offer
We price it with quantities broken out, and we say plainly what we will not self-perform and what goes to subcontractors.
Construction
A named site manager runs the job. Every covered work is signed off before it is covered.
Handover
We hand over with as-built documentation and a warranty. During the warranty period we come back.
